We are based in the capital of Morocco, Rabat.
Our items are shipped from here, to your comfortable home.

The cost of the shipping is dependent by weight but also your country.
You will see the shippingcost when you finalize your shoppingbasket.

The time we need to make and deliver your product is between 14-21 days.
When we have the item in our stock then it will only take up to 14 days in sha Allah.

Returns

We custom make the majority of our order due to the wishes of our clients.
This is the reason why it is not possible to return custom orders.

It is also possible that import duties and taxes maybe added, also they can slow down the delivery time. Please be aware of this.
